What we collect When you create an account, we store your email address and the plants you add to your collection. Photos uploaded for identification or diagnosis are processed by our AI provider and stored for your plant timeline. Payments Card purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling. Anonymous usage Anonymous users can browse the catalog, scan QR codes, and use one free AI identification and diagnosis per day. We use a hashed combination of your IP address and browser to enforce rate limits. This hash is not stored permanently. Your rights You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@plantpassport.nl Catalogue section reports If you flag a care or safety section on a plant page, we store the plant, page language, section, reason, optional note, and time. We do not store your name, email, or account on that record. A private reference lets you confirm the report was recorded. A report is not a correction.
