Plant Passport will assemble a JSON file containing every personal record we hold: your plants, photos, watering history, diagnoses, orders, and consent log. The file is machine-readable so you can transfer it to another service if you ever want to. You can request a fresh export once a day.
Email reminders
Get a once-a-week email when one of your plants is due or overdue for watering. Off by default — turn it on if a weekly nudge helps. You can unsubscribe from any reminder with one click.
Delete my account
Permanently removes your saved plants, photos, watering history, diagnoses, and identity from Plant Passport. We keep your past orders on file because Dutch tax law requires invoices to be retained for seven years; the buyer name + shipping address stay attached to those invoices. Everything else, including your sign-in email, is scrubbed. Signing up again with the same email creates a new empty account. Past orders stay on file for tax records and will not reappear in the new account.
